Redwood Launches Redwood Connect Total

January 19th 2010, Redwood, a leading independent communication specialist, is pleased to announce the launch of Redwood Connect Total, an integrated voice and Internet network service for businesses.
 
Redwood Connect Total enables organisations to combine their ISDN circuits with their Internet connectivity over one IP network service delivered over fibre, SDSL or ADSL for small sites.
 
“This enables businesses to gain the benefits of advancing technology,” said Charlie Whelpton, Director, Redwood Telecommunications. “Most organisations have separate circuits for voice and data into their building, normally two suppliers, two bills and two sets of cost. Redwood Connect Total enables them to take advantage of increased IP bandwidth to deliver voice and data over a single IP circuit, reducing total costs, improving resilience and receiving a fully integrated service from a single partner.”
 
With a single Redwood Connect Total service organisations can support up to 8 basic rate ISDN circuits or 2 primary rate ISDN circuits as well as Internet access up to 4Mbps. IP delivery is terminated to an Integrated Access Device that then delivers voice services as standard ISDN circuits, these can be connected into an organisations existing telephony equipment without the need for any additional hardware or upgrades.
